This is an unusual variety with creamy white skin and flesh. Almost coreless, grows to 20cm long. Roots grow completely underground. Very mild taste, best flavour when picked young.
Sow Spring, late summer and autumn, best germination 10-20 degrees Sow 5mm, seedlings emerge 10-21 days, space 10cm apart. Harvest 16-24wks after sowing
