This beautiful variety of chicory is an Italian heirloom producing red stemmed dandelion like leaves with excellent flavour and great eye catching colour. Great for gourmet salads. Sowing time - In autumn to Winter for warm climates, in cool temperate climates grow early Spring. Germination best between 18-24 degrees c. Prefer sunny position, sow 5mm deep, emerge 6-10days
