This is a fast-growing Chinese vegetable that can be harvested as soon as 40 days after sowing. The young leaves, stems and flower buds can be harvested and used in stir-frys, stews and most vegie dishes. This variety produces particularly tasty leaves and stems. Sowing time - All year except extreme heat or cold which may cause the plant to bolt to seed. Prefer sunny position in cool climates, part shade suitable in hot climates, sow 5mm deep, emerge 6-10days Harvest in approx 40 days after sowing
