GARLIC BULBS - Spanish Roja (Creole)
Medium bulb size, 7-9 cloves per bulb
It is rich, spicy and sweet, with a real depth of flavour.

Climates best suited: Mediterranean, Warm Temperate, Cool Temperate, Cold Climate
Sow in Au-Sp in cool zones or now for warmer zones
Plant each clove separately so that the tops of the bulbs are just below the soil surface, with the pointier end facing upwards, plant 10cm apart
Harvest about 8 months after planting once the stalks go brown. Leave to dry under cover in a ventilated area, usually by hanging, for 2-3 weeks.
