Marigold Crackerjack

This is the taller African variety of marigold, growing around 90cm tall. The flowers are produced en masse in flushes of gold, orange and yellow. These are great for attracting good bugs to the garden like lady beetles and is an excellent companion plant for many veggies including tomato and basil. Sow in Spring to summer in cool zones, Au-Sp in hot climates - best success when soil temperature is around 22 degrees C. Sow shallowly about 2-5mm deep and keep moist.
