Nasturtium 'Black Velvet'

This variety produces very dark red flowers and dark green foliage. This is a hardy annual which is bush forming and and great for borders, hanging baskets and rockeries. The flowers are edible, and can be used similar to zucchini flowers. Also great for sowing in poor soils as it still thrives on lower fertility. Is sprawling but grows approx 30cm tall.
