Spookie is very sweet and tasty, making it ideal for pumpkin pies. The high yeilding vines produce very uniform pumpkins with fine textured flesh. Pumpkin Spookie was originally a cross between Sugar Pie and Jack O'Lantern developed back in 1966, though is now a stable variety and can be used for seed saving.
Sow in Spring and Summer (Must have soil of 22 degrees + for best growth and germination)
Sow 20mm, seedlings emerge 5-8 days, space 90cm apart.
Harvest approx. 13 weeks after sowing
