This is a useful vegie with a mild flavour and can be used raw in salads and cooked in asian cuisine, particularly stir fry's. Quick to mature this is an easy plant to grow and very useful in the kitchen.
Sowing time - Spring - Autumn cool regions, Au-Sp in hot areas. Best in cooler seasons, will not germinate in hot soil.
Prefer sunny position, sow 12mm deep, emerge 12-16 days
Harvest in approx 8-12 weeks after sowing
