Snowball turnips are perfectly round with a completely white interior and exterior. These mild-flavored roots can be harvested and enjoyed as baby turnips when they reach 2-4 cm in diameter or allowed to mature to the typical turnip size. The dark green tops are also edible. Ready for harvest in 60 days.
