This variety produces amazing striped beets which are red on the outside but with alternating rings of red and white. They can be used just the same as ordinary beetroot - boiled, sliced or baked. Sowing time - Cool seasons in hot climates, all year in cooler climates. Avoid extreme hot or cold times of year. Prefers cool temps. Prefer sunny position, sow 10mm deep, emerge 7-14 days Harvest in approx 10-12 weeks after sowing
