This variety produces lovely golden beets which taste just like regular beetroots but without all the staining. They can also be used just the same as ordinary beetroot - boiled, sliced or baked. Sowing time - Au-early Sp in warmt o hot climates, Sp-Au in cool climates. Prefer sunny position, sow 10mm deep, emerge 7-14 days Harvest in approx 10-12 weeks after sowing
