Refund policy

Please contact us at support@boondieseeds.zendesk.com if you have any problems at all, we're always happy to help you with any issues you might have.

 - Refund / Replacement claims for seeds must be made within 120 days of making your order.

 - Non-arrival / missing order or item claims must be made within 60 days of making your order. We will not replace or refund missing orders if you notify us after 60 days.

Please ensure all your shipping details are correct before completing the checkout or if changes need to be made, contact us ASAP before your order is shipped. We will not take responsibility for lost orders if the shipping details provided by the customer were incorrect.

As we have no control over how seed is planted by customers or the conditions they are planted or stored in, we cannot guarantee refunds due to germination issues. Any refunds or replacements for failed germination are made at our discretion.
