Processing / Handling time is on average between 1-3 business days. Note this is processing time not shipping time. Handling time may vary for large orders or during peak sales periods.
Most orders are sent via letter mail - shipping time takes between 4-6 days on average, and may take up to 10-15 business days for certain locations. If you require your order before a certain date please contact us first to ensure we can accommodate you.
Express post cut off for same day shipping is 11am. We live in a regional area so express post is not overnight for most locations but will usually be much faster than other shipping methods. Large orders may take longer to ship.
