 Angelica is a biennial plant producing leaves in the first year and a huge flower stem several metres in height in the second year. Native to Europe and Scandinavia.

Cold scarification is essential for germination - either plant in winter if you are in a cool climate and the seeds will come up in Spring or sow in a small punnet, water in and cover in a plastic bag then place in the fridge or freezer for 4-6 weeks then remove to room temperature to trigger germination.
