This is variety is the same one used to make tabasco sauce. The fruits are small and bullet shaped and turn from yellow to green to orange and finally red. The fruits grow upwards, rather than hanging like most chilli and this with the colour range makes the plant an attractive garden or potted plant. This is a mild to hot variety with a heat level 30,000-50,000 scoville units.
Sow Spring and Summer Sow 5mm directly in final position or in seed boxes, seedlings emerge 10-14 days, must have adequate temperature to germinate (25-30 degrees C), space 50cm apart. Harvest any time when fruits are of a suitable size
