Giant Russian is a robust, mildew-resistant cucumber variety with low acidity. Its flesh is crisp and sweet, best harvested at 20cm when the skin starts to yellow. This variety stores well and thrives as a summer salad vegetable in rich, consistently moist soil.

Sow Sp-Su or when temperatures are an average of 18+ degrees Prefers a sunny position, sow 12mm and keep moist, germinates 6-10 days. Plant 90cm between seedlings and can also sow seeds in clumps of 2-3 seeds. Harvest approx 10-12 weeks
