This is an excellent sprout variety which can be grown all year indoors in a simple container or using a paper towel method. Best germination around atleast 20-26 degrees. To germinate lay on moist paper toweling and put in the dark, misting water on them to keep moist. Once germinated bring into the light and cut after about 5 days or when the first leaves are about to open. Also perfect for sprouting in sprout containers. Very tasty as a salad topping, in sandwiches and garnishes.

Sow All year

Sprinke seed on moist paper or on prepared soil. Leave in the dark until seeds germinate in 5-10days

Cut seedlings when 5-10cm high
