This heirloom variety produces purple podded pea which can be left as a dried pea, used as a shelling variety or eaten raw when young. Produces gorgeous purple and pink flowers with a light fragrance.

Sowing time - Autumn to Spring (avoid winter planting if you live in a cold frosty climate) Prefer sunny position, needs soil 10-20 degrees C, sow 15mm deep and 15cm apart, emerge 10-14 days Harvest in approx 72-74 days after sowing
