This an aromatic perennial which promotes phosphorus activity and also attracts earthworms. Used traditionally to alleviate colds, and prevent gas build up and fermentation problems. Promotes sleep and relieves anxiety. To use soak leaves in water for 24hours and then use in tea. Best results if the plants are not boiled. Also great for attracting bees and butterflies.

Perennial, Grows in part to filtered shade

Sow in Spring, summer.

Sow on surface as they need light to germinate, seedlings emerge 10-30 days at 20+ degrees.
