This variety is more reliable in non tropical zones and produces beans earlier than most winged bean varieties. Very large pods.

This is a vigorous tropical climber with deep blue flowers and four angled pods with feathery margins. All parts of the plant are edible – the pods, flowers, leaves and tubers. 

Sow in Nov-Dec in subtropical areas and Oct-Jan in the tropics. Sow on 25mm deep at 25+ degrees C, germinates 7-10d. Sow direct, full sun with 30-60cm between seeds. For best germination - rub lightly with sandpaper or sit in warm water until seeds swell, before sowing. Harvest 60 days
